Marketing Specialist

Overview

Flexible work location based on regional distribution (examples : Sungai Petani, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Engage Malaysian locals with an interest in sales and basic communication skills.
• Conduct door-to-door visits to local markets (materials, equipment, hardware) to promote company products.
• Proactively collect information on local projects, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer needs.
• Understand local market pricing, material sources, and project trends; prepare regular summary reports.
• Assist in building customer records, identify potential clients, and support HQ in sales or technical coordination.
• Basic Chinese communication required; proficiency in Malay and / or English preferred.
• Experience in building materials, M&E, or engineering sales is an advantage.
