Overview
Lead national strategy and expansion for Molly Tea across Malaysia, building a franchise and direct‑store network and driving multi‑million revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Formulate 3‑year market strategy and store expansion targets, including direct operation and franchise models.
- Develop brand localization plans, collaborate with marketing on pop‑up stores and influencer co‑brands.
- Build and maintain a local franchise, distributor and mall partner network, lead negotiations and contract signing.
- Monitor store operation data (single‑store revenue, sales per square‑meter), coordinate supply chain and operation teams to resolve issues such as staff training.
- Drive regional performance growth through closed‑loop business management.
Qualifications
Nationality unrestricted; cross‑cultural business etiquette literacy.5+ years of non‑China business development experience in chain FMCG / chain catering industry, successfully leading localization projects for multinational brands.Experience building a non‑China market network from scratch, familiar with local business regulations and consumer psychology.Results‑driven, capable of independently formulating and implementing million‑level revenue growth plans.Seniority level
