• Responsible on all aspect of physical securities, responsibilities and obligations at Bridge Data Centres Malaysia (Cyberjaya and Bukit Jalil) and related amenities within the precinct and the safety of visitors in accordance with the company regulations and Malaysian Law.
• Responsible in managing strategic direction and development, performance, administering, planning and organising the Security Department and accountable for protecting the entire building vicinity.
• To formulate detailed Security Framework & Strategy for the Property Operations Team which include the security activities, policies, procedures, performance, processes and management system.
• Responsible to plan and enforce on all security measures and security systems accordingly.
• To lead and manage the Safety & Security team in operating the building security systems, related security operations and other amenities to ensure all Safety & Security Team are fully responsible and dedicate in performing their duties.
• To implement and manage day-to-day security operations to ensure all entities’ safety and satisfaction
• Command in responding to any emergency / crisis and high-profile incident / accident on security related matters and strategizing the execution of managing the crisis through the implementation of Emergency Procedure (EP) in order to minimise / mitigate the impact of major / incidents / crisis to the employees, environment, company’s assets and business and key stakeholders.
• To develop and maintain strong and close relationships with other stakeholders, such as the Property Operations, Critical Operations, and other elite forces in the company.
• Enforcing disciplinary action against Safety & Security Team who are involved in any misconduct.
• To build and maintain good relationship with tenants. Ensure that the function maintains high standard of customer service to the tenants.
• To perform any add hoc duties which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
