JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To monitor driver delivery and collection
- Liase with customer on the status in the system
- Update Job and report in the system
- Prepare delivery documents, consignment notes, or shipment status reports
- Ensure all documents are complete before and after delivery
- Input delivery data into the logistics system (e.g., status "pickup" or "delivered")
- Maintain daily operation records for management reference
- Manage customer complaints related to delays or missing documents
- Provide immediate support to drivers in case of issues on the road

REQUIREMENT
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.At least 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations (fresh graduates may also be considered).Basic knowledge of delivery documents, consignment notes, and transportation processes.Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to use logistics / transportation systems (added advantage).Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with drivers, warehouse, and customers.Able to work under pressure and handle operational issues in a timely manner.Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.Possess own transport and valid driving license (advantageous).Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
