Event Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events’ goals and expected results.
• Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure events and functions proceed as planned successfully.
• Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.
• Evaluate outcomes of events and conferences for continuous improvement in planning and organizing of events.
• Manage event costs and source for appropriate venues to host the events.
• Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities, events, courses, promotions.
• Asist in proposing effective marketing plan and strategies for all products and ensure these strategies are able to achieve company sales target.
• Set up & dismantle for the event, deal with vendors & suppliers
