About the role
We are seeking a talented and organised Admin Clerk to join our team at AZ PERMAS TYRE & RIM SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Dato Onn / Ulu Tiram, Johor. As an Admin Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our workshop business operations.
What you'll be doingJob Scope – Workshop Admin
Administration & Documentation
Handle daily administrative tasks of the workshop.
System & Reporting
Update data into accounting / administration systems (e.g. Autocount).
Customer & Communication
Answer calls, messages, and inquiries from customers.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Manage workshop's social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
General Support
Provide support to workshop team in administration-related tasks.
