Sales Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer & Sales Team Assistance :
• Act as the main contact for routine customer questions and follow-ups through phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and other sales team members.
• Help in drafting sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Address common customer issues and assist in problem-solving, escalating more complex matters to the relevant sales personnel or manager.
• Relationship Development :
• Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor shipments and keep customers informed about delivery progress.
• Occasionally participate in joint customer visits with sales representatives to gain a deeper understanding of client needs and foster relationships.
