Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field. Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required. Proven experience handling training in BPO highly preferred. Proven experience in procurement operations, training facilitation, and claims process projects. Strong knowledge of claims process / project management. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management experience. Willing to work 24 / 7 shift. Training Provided Allowance Provided Medical and Hospitalization leave EPF & SOCSO Annual Leave
Job Responsibility
- Deliver training sessions (in Mandarin and English) on procurement processes, claims handling, and related systems.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and e-learning content.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for procurement and claims-related projects.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance results.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new procurement systems, tools, and policies.
- Provide ongoing coaching, knowledge-sharing, and process guidance to team members.
