Job Summary

We are seeking a Payroll Executive responsible for handling end-to-end payroll processes for all outlet employees. This includes verifying attendance, calculating salaries, allowances, overtime, and deductions in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role also supports HR in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring timely submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Track employee attendance, calculate overtime, and process staff claims.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee data in the HRIS.
• Liaise with statutory bodies (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN) to ensure compliance and submit relevant documents.
• Obtain new hire information, input data into the HR system, and monitor monthly punch card submissions.
• Coordinate with Area Managers regarding staff promotions and confirmations.
• Organize, file, and maintain payroll-related documents such as punch cards, leave forms, employment records, and resignation letters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department to support HR and payroll operations.
