Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Receive calls from clients and escalate issues to technical personnel.
- Generate and file records on all requests, work orders, and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Produce daily ageing reports to support operation performance monitoring.
- Compile deduction mapping reports for validation meetings.
- Coordinate internal communication between services to support operations.
- Manage key administration for security purposes.
- Execute call back system to improve service quality.
About You
The company is looking for :
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related discipline.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Training & Development
