Senior Project Engineer

Lead the end-to-end execution of IoT projects, including deployment, commissioning, and testing of smart poles and other IoT devices. Manage project coordination with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee vendor management by monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Prepare and maintain key project documentation, such as project plans, deployment checklists, and SOPs. Conduct on-site User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure prompt resolution of issues. Provide training to clients on the delivered IoT solutions and ensure a smooth handover process. Act as the primary liaison for client engagement, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Handle ad-hoc client requirements or change requests and coordinate with the technical team for necessary updates. Ensure timely reporting of project progress, risks, and issues, while continuously improving project workflows. Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for complex project challenges. Drive process improvements by standardizing deployment methodologies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
