Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager, located in Bayan Lepas. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for :
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Upselling, cross-selling, solution selling, prepare and deliver quotations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to customers on a timely basis.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to handle customers’ requests.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 year(s) of IT / sales related working experience.Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational and administrative skills.Independent individual who is agile, trustworthy, detail oriented and highly responsible.Organized, able to multi-task and to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.Employment details
