Role Overview

This is not just a sourcing role—it’s a client partnership role with a recruitment engine. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs, managing expectations, and executing end‑to‑end talent delivery—from sourcing to offer stage.

With a focus on speed, quality, and communication, you’ll balance multiple client demands while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main recruitment contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships.
• Understand client hiring needs, job roles, culture fit, and timelines through kick‑off calls and briefs.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various industries.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, social media, databases, and creative outreach methods.
• Screen, shortlist, and present qualified profiles to clients— with clear, concise summaries.
• Manage the candidate journey : coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide offers.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders (fill rates, pipeline status, time‑to‑fill).
• Meet or exceed weekly & monthly hiring targets and KPIs (e.g., submissions, interviews, placements).
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support large‑scale hiring campaigns.
