Sea Freight, Trucking Coordinator

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree, any field. Required skill(s) : Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), computer literate, positive and able to work independently under minimum supervision and good attitude. International appearance & pleasant personality. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam Good knowledge in sea freight and airfreight shipment and consolidation Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Handling coordination for all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Responsible for management and day to day operations
- Process import and export shipping documents (including LC knowledge & Dangerous Goods)
- Liaise with customers, transporters, carriers and all other 3rd party vendors
- Answer shipping related enquiries from internal and external customers
- Attend Custom matters
- Update and provide trucking information to customer as well as to Management
- Work on service level improvements
- To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the Management as and when required.
