Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nusa Jaya. As a Shift Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of data center equipment. This includes monitoring systems, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all infrastructure is running efficiently and reliably. You will also work closely with the engineering team to support system upgrades and repairs, and ensure that safety and security protocols are strictly followed.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center operations, including system monitoring and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Basic understanding of HVAC, power distribution, and cooling systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule
• Relevant certifications and technical training are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education preferred
