Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for leading sales operations strategies, optimizing transaction workflows, and driving operational efficiency. This role ensures all marketing and sales processes align with business goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Operations Management – Oversee and enhance sales operations workflow, ensuring smooth execution from lead generation to deal closure.
- Sales Data & CRM Oversight – Ensure data accuracy and drive CRM enhancements to improve customer tracking and sales performance.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all sales documentation and contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies.
- Sales & Marketing Performance Analytics – Lead the development of sales reports, dashboards, and insights to optimize performance.
- Financial & Budget Management – Oversee marketing and sales operations budgets, ensuring proper allocation and cost control.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Act as the key liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to drive operational excellence.
- Team Leadership & Development – Mentor and lead the Sales Operations team, providing guidance and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Property Management, Corporate Administration, or a related field.At least 5 to 8 years of experience in sales operations, property sales administration, or marketing finance.Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.Strong expertise in CRM systems, financial processes, and sales analytics.In-depth understanding of property legal documentation and compliance requirements.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial management systems, and business intelligence tools.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to streamline and optimize processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
