We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support and enhance the effectiveness of our sales team. This role plays a key part in managing sales processes, analyzing performance data, and driving operational excellence to help achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve processes and data accuracy.
  • Assist in planning sales targets, incentive programs, and performance reviews.
  • Review and optimize workflow, pricing, and contract procedures.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or sales support.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
