Supervisor Grocery Food & Non-Food (Village Grocer Empire City) (Opening Soon)

Responsible for assisting store manager in managing the department operations, with core focus on merchandising and operation of the store, including customer and supplier relations, as well as the sales performance of the department.

Perform proper stock management by maintaining a fully stocked store and store condition by following visual merchandising standards.

Additionally, the incumbent also will be assisting store manager in managing inventory management & accuracy, shrinkage control, safety & hygiene compliance, learning & development and other related business matters.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.

No experience requires, training provided.

Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Willing to work in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and / or Penang area.
