Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager (Non-Halal) to oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple outlets within the Perak and Klang Valley region . The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent brand standards, maximizing profitability, and leading outlet teams toward achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Outlet Operations & Performance
Oversee daily operations across assigned outlets to ensure smooth service flow, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor cleanliness, staff performance, and compliance with SOPs.Review and analyze outlet sales reports, cost control, and inventory performance to achieve profitability targets.Implement operational improvement plans to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.People ManagementLead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to deliver excellent service and operational standards.
Support manpower planning, recruitment, and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.Conduct performance reviews and guide outlet teams toward achieving KPIs and company goals.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all outlets comply with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Enforce brand SOPs and operational guidelines to maintain consistency across all outlets.Work closely with the QA and training team to conduct periodic audits and follow‑ups on corrective actions.Customer Experience & Brand StandardsMonitor guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of complaints or service issues.
Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and brand reputation.Collaborate with marketing and HQ teams on local promotions and campaigns to boost sales.Reporting & CoordinationPrepare and present outlet performance reports, including P&L summaries, sales trends, and operational issues.
Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.Provide recommendations to management for outlet improvements, menu changes, and process optimization.Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a multi‑outlet management or area manager role.Willing to travel frequently within the Perak and Klang Valley region.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Excellent understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and customer service standards.Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑driven individual.Remuneration
