Responsibilities
- Responsible for actively managing customer enquiries. Proactively works with sales team to provide timely and competitive quotes.
- Actively works to improve conversion rates of enquiry to order
- Prepares and continously improves all templates used in the sales process from enquiry to order and beyond
- Ensure orders meet customer requirements
- Follow up on orders with customers to get feedback
- Attend to any customer complaints
- Report on customer satisfaction and any complaints
- Liaise with Assistant Production Manager & Supply Chain Executive on production planning
- Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives personnel
- Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives department
- Any others special project as assigned by CEO
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in the customer service function of a refractory businessMust be analytical and data ledMust have strong inter-personal skillsLive in and have right to work in MalaysiaFluent in English (Ideally also Malay and Mandarin)Company
