Job Responsibilities
- Communicate customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls.
- Handle delivery orders and packaging for runners / customers.
- Assist in preparing delivery boxes.
- Handle complaints with appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Communicate with the production team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Liase with customers & runners face-to-face to ensure correct orders are received.
Job Requirements
We have two separate brands : KETOCAKE - Sugarless cake and CAKETELLA - Alcohol cake.Two different outlets, next to each other.Available to work Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm. Sundays are for recovery! (5 working days).Must have critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and provide creative solutions.Have fun at work.Job Benefits
