The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the massage, wellness, clinic, or beauty industry. Job Descriptions :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to optimize results.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
