Penerangan pekerjaanPartner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) Manage attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance to maintain a positive work environment Analyze HR metrics and contribute insights to workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategies aligned with TRAVELOG's growth objectives Support talent management, including career development and succession planning Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance company culture and employee capability Perform general HR and administrative support tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and assisting management in daily operations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Self-Driven – take initiative, set goals, and make things happen without waiting for instructions Play at the Top – strive for excellence, benchmark against the best, and never settle for "good enough" Results-Focused – measure success by impact, not effort. Focus on what truly moves the needle
