Prepare and maintain payroll records, including generating and distributing payslips for all employees.
Process and submit statutory contributions and payments, including income tax, zakat, PERKESO, and EPF.
Prepare and manage all forms and documentation related to HR matters.
Assist the HR Manager in monitoring staff attendance and managing annual, medical, and other leave records. Administer employee benefits, claims, leave records, and employee movements.
Support the HR Manager in compiling reports, preparing meeting minutes, and coordinating meetings.
Contribute to performance appraisal exercises, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives, including the administration of HRDC claims.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Ensure the office is adequately supplied with required stationery and other operational necessities.
Maintain organized and updated filing systems.
Coordinate and prepare birthday gifts for employees.
Assist in the planning and participation of company events.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of Company.
