Prepare and manage annual budgets for manufacturing operations. Monitor financial performance and implement cost‑efficiency strategies. Oversee P&L management to ensure business profitability. Provide accurate financial and operational reporting to senior leadership. Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align production capabilities with business demand. Represent the organization in industry meetings, exhibitions, and professional networks. Address operational and service issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within precision engineering. Demonstrated success in leading and managing manufacturing teams. In‑depth knowledge of production processes, quality management, and supply chain systems. Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

- Track and analyze production KPIs to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production goals.
