- Coordinate with Production to ensure inventory aligns with launch, retail, and online demand.
- Track and report on campaign execution progress, risks, and logistics needs.
Inventory & Fulfillment Oversight
Oversee stock flow across production, warehouse, retail counters, pop-ups, and online orders.Maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient order fulfillment.Implement stock planning models and replenishment SOPs to prevent under / overstock issues.Reporting & Forecasting
Build and maintain dashboards that track sales, campaign performance, and ops KPIs.Analyze trends, spot bottlenecks, and create forecasting reports to support business decisions.Share weekly reports with leadership with clear, actionable summaries.Cross-Functional Ops Leadership
Act as the central connector across CS, Marketing, Production, and Retail.Lead syncs, spot misalignments, and unblock operational roadblocks early.Own execution timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.Systems, SOPs & Automation
