Penerangan pekerjaanPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to evaluate pricing, campaigns, and trade spend ROI. Develop and manage channel- or customer-level profitability models. Analyze product margins, promotions, and marketing investments to ensure profitable growth. Support commercial negotiations with financial insights and deal simulations. Work with Operations, Product, and Supply Chain teams to align commercial forecasts with inventory and production plans. Validate business cases for new markets, product launches, and strategic initiatives. Challenge assumptions and ensure financial discipline across departments. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA / CPA / CFA a plus). Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce. Proven track record in building financial models and driving strategic insights. Excellent communicator with strong business acumen and influencing skills. Comfortable in a “build-as-you-go” environment, resourceful, agile, and growth-oriented.

Overview
We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a hands-on role combining Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with Commercial Finance perfect for someone who enjoys building structure, influencing growth decisions, and driving financial outcomes from the ground up.
You’ll own the company’s financial planning process, provide commercial insights across sales, marketing, retail, and digital channels, and help shape the business strategy as we scale locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
- Deliver clear variance and performance analysis to guide business decisions.
- Develop “what-if” and scenario models to support new growth opportunities.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
