Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
Maintain a log of inquiries, recruitment processes, meet and greet outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring all clients receive outstanding service and support.
Oversee and manage appointment scheduling for all services, including grooming, daycare, boarding, events, meet and greets, mobile visits and pet taxis with advice from the relevant team members.
Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and processing payments from clients.
Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both pets and clients.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute pet-related events and community outreach activities.
Maintain accurate client and pet records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Help with day-to-day operations, including check-ins / check-outs and assisting in grooming and daycare when needed.
