Job Title : Business Analyst Experience Required : Minimum 4 years Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes and systems.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and effectively implemented through projects and solutions.
Key Responsibilities : Business & Systems Analysis Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users, translating needs into detailed business, functional, and technical specifications.
Analyze and document current processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Develop business process models, data flow diagrams, and use cases.
Validate and prioritize business requirements based on organizational goals.
Support solution design, system configuration, and testing to ensure alignment with requirements.
Stakeholder Management Serve as the main point of contact between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to gather insights and align expectations.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication and timely decision-making.
Project Involvement Work closely with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement Recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and standards for business analysis.
Support post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles.
Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements management, and system development lifecycle (SDLC) .
Experience working in Agile and / or Waterfall project environments.
Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Visio, Lucidchart).
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred (Nice to Have) : Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA .
Experience in data analysis, digital transformation, or enterprise system implementation (ERP, CRM, etc.) .
Knowledge of SQL or business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
