What You'll Do
Culture & Engagement
Design and drive culture initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and accountability.
Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring values are embedded in everyday practices.
People Development
Lead learning and development initiatives that upskill employees and build leadership capability.
Champion performance management processes that drive accountability and growth.
People Operations
Oversee and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, confirmation, exit).
Monitor HR metrics such as engagement, retention, attrition, and diversity to guide decisions.
Employee Relations & Well-being
Provide guidance on employee relations matters with fairness and empathy.
Champion well-being initiatives to support mental, physical, and financial health.
Leadership & Influence
Partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities.
