Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)

Salary / 薪资待遇 :
During the 3-month probation period, the monthly salary is MYR 2,500. Upon successful completion of the probation, salary adjustment and performance bonus opportunities will be available.

通过本地招聘网站、社交媒体、行业推荐及内部数据库等多渠道寻找并识别合适候选人。
- Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability and alignment with client requirements.
- 进行初步筛选与评估，确保候选人与客户需求相匹配。
End-to-End Recruitment / 招聘全流程管理
协调并安排面试，及时收集与传达反馈信息，确保招聘流程高效顺畅。
协助团队完成候选人与岗位的最终匹配及录用确认，确保候选人成功入职。
Market Insights / 市场洞察
深入研究马来西亚本地人才市场趋势及行业动态，为招聘策略提供可执行的方案。
Key Requirements / 任职要求
拥有出色的中英文沟通能力；掌握马来语或其他语言者优先.
