Mandarin speaking is required (work with China counterpart).
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and office administration.
- Lead recruitment activities, utilizing appropriate hiring channels and collaborating with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related immigration matters in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure HR policies and practices adhere to statutory requirements and industry standards.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions, while safeguarding organizational and employee interests.
- Support site administration activities such as attendance monitoring, workforce deployment, and accommodation arrangements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and the employee handbook.
- Prepare HR reports, support audits, and contribute to HR planning and analysis.
- In charge of expatriate & foreign worker application / renewal of Working Permit
- Any other jobs that will be assigned by the supervisor or the Management from time to time, and as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.10 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative management, ideally within industries such as manufacturing.Solid understanding of employment regulations and workforce management practices.Knowledge of work pass and immigration processes is an advantage.Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.Proficiency in Mandarin , English and Malay, with the ability to provide language support and facilitate cross-cultural understanding.Additional Details
