We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to significantly enhance Kidocode’s online presence and brand. This role is crucial in driving our digital marketing efforts, focusing on strategic campaign execution and measurable results to increase lead generation and student enrollment. You will work to build a strong online footprint and connect with our target audience across various digital platforms. What You’ll Do
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google (Search Ads, Display Ads), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize content for SEO (on-page and off-page). Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to drive lead generation and brand awareness, ensuring optimal ROI. Create and manage engaging digital content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms. Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Support content marketing, social media campaigns, and digital storytelling that balances thought-leadership with engaging, shareable formats. Assist in building a scalable online pipeline for brand growth, leveraging automation and data-driven insights. Collaborate closely with the founder, sales team, and content creators to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and achieve shared business goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by increased website traffic, lead conversion rates, social media engagement, and ROI on ad spend (Performance bonus based on KPI achievement). What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads). Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and deriving insights. Digitally fluent, comfortable jumping between tools and figuring things out quickly. Hungry to learn, adaptable, and proactive. Full-time, based in Malaysia (on-site). Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, automation scripts) to speed up content creation and analysis. Comfortable with design or content tools like Canva, Figma, Notion, or basic video editing. Curiosity about AI, automation, and how tech can transform marketing. Why Join Us
