What you'll be doing?
- Creative Strategy : Develop compelling ad scripts and graphic content to generate leads and drive revenue.
- Content Marketing : Craft high-quality SEO blog articles and email campaigns to boost organic traffic and customer engagement.
- Collaborative Design : Partner with the creative team, providing data-driven feedback to enhance visuals, ad copy, and video assets.
- Media Buying : Plan and execute paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, optimizing performance to meet CPL targets.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor key metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Project Support : Contribute to additional marketing projects and explore new digital channels as needed.
Who are they looking for?
Digital Marketing Experience : At least 3 years in digital marketing, content creation, or performance-driven marketing roles.Proven Results : Demonstrate your success through a portfolio or case studies showcasing creative strategy, CRO, and media buying.Analytics Proficiency : Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.Performance Metrics : Strong understanding of key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV / CAC, CPA, CPC) and their application in campaign optimization.CMS Knowledge : Experience with website platforms such as WordPress or Shopify is beneficial but not required.Email Marketing : Familiarity with email marketing software like Dotdigital, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp is a plus.Language Skills : Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and audiences.How to apply
