Client Relationship & Communication
- Be the primary point of contact for clients,managing multiple accounts with confidence and care

Strategy & Ideation
Participate in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and internal huddles to spark fresh ideasResearch and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospectsCreate proposals and quotations with a creative lens—thinking through user journeys, interactions, and immersive experiencesStay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging digital tools to offer strategic insightsCampaign Execution & Performance
Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns—from planning to performance analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Production, Creative, Finance) to bring campaigns to lifeConduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on campaign progress and performanceMonitor campaign metrics and prepare insightful reports with recommendations for improvementIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accountsOperations & Budget Management
