To undertake the membership recruitment and retention activities including developing and implementing strategies and campaigns for recruiting new members to meet sales targets.Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to support membership and event revenues.Plan, schedule, and coordinate regular events, workshops or seminars.Keep abreast of government policies, regulations, laws relevant to members or the sector as well as to advise members about changes in policies / regulations.Plan, administer and analyse member surveys to gather feedback on current issuesCoordinate and / or attend meetings with members, committees, or stakeholders.Assist in the handling of COO applications — endorsement process, document checks and barcoding.Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on membership statistics, event / activities performance, revenue, policy / regulation updates, etc.Handle customer / member enquiries, complaints, or escalations.May require occasional travel, evening / weekend work for events or meetings.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
2 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
