Distribution Coordinator (Logistics)

As a Distribution Coordinator, you will support service depot operations by managing the flow of customer Return Material Authorization units, spare parts, tools, and equipment within the depot. In this role, you will report to the Senior Service Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By :

• Oversee and responsible for the physical & administrative tasks involved in service depot stockroom activities. This includes receiving, storing, picking, issuing, packing, and shipping arrangement
• Organize and store parts in designated locations using FIFO methods
• Do receiving for customer Return Material Authorization units (RMA) and release repair job
• Ensure timely distribution of materials to support repair needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems; reconcile discrepancies and support cycle counts.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and security in Stockroom
