• Candidates will be responsible for preparing presentations for prospective and current logistics users at SH OPLINE.
• To monitor, review and improve the logistics Marketing, Sales and Advertising components at SHOPLINE.
• Have follow- up meetings with both active and prospective clients to ensure clients preferences are met and shared with the team.
• Scrutinizing the market to elucidate customers’ needs, competitors’ activities and promising avenues that have not yet been explored.
• To achieve the sales target.
• Establish and maintain a positive and lasting relationship with both prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis activities, collecting feedback from merchants and internal stakeholders, provide convincing analysis reports to internal stakeholders regularly.
• Monitor daily logistics operational matters to ensure smooth delivery progress, make sure merchants and their consumers are happy and satisfied with our integrated logistics solutions.
• Closely monitor sales KPI, analyze and diagnose sales performance, and make sure the KPI is achievable from time to time with concrete actionable plans / solutions.
