• To perform inspection of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and (or) electrical measurement.
• To conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards and to make sure that the results of the inspection and testing are documented accurately.
• To evaluate problem and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.
• To participate in improvement activity for Employee Suggestion Scheme (ESS) and Kaizen
• To work with Production Department and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers according to procedures.
• To monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
• To participate in the construction and (or) revision of Standard of Procedures (SOPs) for the inspection function.
• To maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
• To rework reject subassemblies or finished product as required.
• To ensure daily transaction in the SAP system is completed.
• To adhere on all applicable safety rules and policies such as PPE, Process Safety and Emergency Actions.
• To maintain good housekeeping (5S) and comply to safety standards.
• To committed to total customer’s satisfaction through quality and to achieved with customer focus, involvement of employees and continual improvement in processes
• To commit towards company Integrated Management System (IMS).
• To perform and assist any job assigned by the Quality Executive and management as and when needed.

The JV between this two companies lead to the objective of design, development and manufacturing of Front End Module (FEM) for OEMs in Malaysia as well as South East Asia (Asean) market. Hicom HBPO is currently growing to establish new product development (NPD) of FEM which also produce and supply to local OEMs.
