With a fast‑expanding business in Malaysia, the company partners with major food manufacturers, distributors, and formulators, supplying high‑quality ingredients to diverse markets.

Job Description

  • Drive B2B sales efforts and manage accounts across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitable growth.
  • Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key customers and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for forecasting, payments, and supply chain support.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B ingredient or food commodity sales, ideally within the dairy sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable operating across local and export markets, with cultural agility and a global mindset.
  • Analytical, well‑organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
