Our rapid growth in the bleaching earth sector was initially encouraged by oil refineries in and around the Asian regions. Now, orders are flying in from Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Africa, and the Oceania regions.

Currently, our plants are located in North Port Klang, Pasir Gudang, and Xuyi Jiangsu China; as well as warehousing and bulk tanker facilities in Rotterdam Netherlands, Jakarta, and Kalimantan, Indonesia – our dream of reaching excellence in research and development, quality control, and traceability is now a reality.

In line with our expansion and the development of new products which include the molecule sieve and many bentonite related manufacturing materials, we are looking for dedicated and competent candidates to join our Group.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for the W Clay's local & international Sales & Marketing initiatives under your charge.

Plan, Organize and Lead the Sales & Marketing initiatives for the segments / markets under your charge to achieve BOD's budget, mission, and vision.

Ensures that all local & international sectors' sales & marketing activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members, and provides the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.

Responsible to plan, organize and coordinate the W Clay's local & international Sales & Marketing functions under your charge. This will include, but is not limited, to core areas such as sales & marketing presentations for Bleaching Earth and Molecule Sieve, management reporting, coordinating sales with agents / business partners, customer relations, canvassing / developing new customers / business partners, market intelligence, achieving objectives and any related business / sales / marketing initiatives.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Science / Chemistry or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working exposure in the related field with major sales & marketing exposure.

High level of integrity, drive, and result-oriented.
