Responsibilities : To Customers

Welcome customers professionally.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues such as returns, complaints, and checkout efficiently.

Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend suitable products.

Develop customer relationships both in-store and online.

Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports.

Encourage loyalty card subscriptions to enhance customer information.

To Decathlon Malaysia

Understand department goals and work with the team to achieve them.

Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store.

Increase sales using resources and commercial tools.

Arrange store layout according to guidelines.

Create high-quality store displays based on Customer Satisfaction principles.

Maintain store layout and stock accuracy using the replenishment system.

Enforce safety and security standards.

Know and follow fire safety and evacuation procedures.
