Penerangan pekerjaanPrior experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong team leadership and customer service skills. Ability to manage daily operations efficiently and handle peak-hour demands. Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships or part-time experience may be considered).
Position Overview : We are looking for a dedicated Shop Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a single Ipoh Ais Kopi outlet. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations of the assigned shop, ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
- Lead and motivate the shop team, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure stock availability.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Report performance metrics and operational updates to the F&B Manager.
