Role Overview
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and couriers to arrange shipments and manage stock movement, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.
- Update and track inventory levels; monitor stock and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee order fulfilment to ensure all customer orders are packed, shipped, and delivered accurately.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Handle operational documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and related records.
- Support daily office operations by managing supplies, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain documents for HR and finance, including claims, reports, and invoices.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system to ensure easy access to information.
