We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesman to join our team. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. You will be the face of the company, representing our products and services to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, and more).
Sales Presentations : Present and demonstrate our products / services to potential clients, explaining the benefits and answering any queries.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term business relationships.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Customer Needs : Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
Negotiation & Closing : Handle negotiations and close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing regular reports to management.
Customer Service : Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the sales process or product.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Experience in electronic components sales is a plus.
Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Personality Traits : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong passion for sales.
Language : Proficiency in English and Mandarin language is a plus.
Driving License : A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.
