We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our global hiring efforts as we scale our AI‑powered Financial Operating System across international markets. What You Will Do
- Maintain and optimize recruitment channels across global job boards, social platforms, and professional networks. Draft compelling job descriptions, release recruitment materials, and actively promote opportunities to attract top‑tier fintech talent.
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling and coordination, conducting structured first‑round interviews, managing onboarding processes, and building strategic talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Analyse and synthesize recruitment activity data to create comprehensive reports and actionable insights. Identify recruitment challenges faced by business departments and develop data‑backed solutions to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
- Continuously refine recruitment workflows and candidate experience to effectively meet urgent departmental hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline processes while maintaining high standards for candidate evaluation.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred.2+ years of hands‑on recruitment experience in a US tech company with deep familiarity with full‑cycle recruitment processes in technology or fintech environments.Advanced proficiency in office software suites, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms, with excellent written communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated expertise in structured interviewing techniques and experience with HR assessment tools for technical and cultural fit evaluation.Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to solve complex recruitment data challenges and a genuine interest in recruitment metrics and optimization.Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with a proactive approach, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Salary discussions aim to align compensation with skills and experience, recognizing that an individual’s true worth goes beyond monetary considerations.
