Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE Personnel to oversee health, safety, and environmental aspects of our workshop operations related to pump repair and refurbishment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing HSE policies, ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices in the workshop.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with statutory HSE regulations, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Facilitate toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for workshop personnel.
- Monitor and ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
- Maintain and update HSE records, documentation, and reports in line with company and client requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, QA / QC, and management to ensure safety is integrated into daily operations.
- Promote safety awareness and foster a positive HSE culture across the workshop team.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related discipline.Valid HSE certifications (e.g., yellow / green book) will be an advantage.Experience in HSE management within the oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.Good communication, training, and report writing skills.Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.For more information about our services, visit
