Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Preferred experience in finance / banking or insurance industries.
Responsibilities
- Clarify and translate business requirements into IT system functional requirements, system interactions, and flows. Collaborate with business users and technical delivery teams to develop scalable and flexible IT solutions, including studying business and system impact, creating user stories, functional design, and test strategy.
- Develop functional solution design specifications that the IT technical team can use to build the corresponding technical solution.
- Gather requirements and produce product documentation, including Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and Functional Specification Document (FSD).
- Understand the business context of requirements, assess gaps, and work with business stakeholders to update requirement documents.
