Must be able to work in shifts (including night shifts), weekends and public holidays.

What You’ll Do :

• Process Claims : Accurately and promptly process, assess, and approve both out-patient and in-patient Guarantee Letter (GL) claims according to client and insurer guidelines.
• Verify Documents : Ensure all required documents for issuing Guarantee Letters (GL) are complete and correct.
• Follow Up : Proactively chase up with hospitals to gather necessary documents, such as bill breakdowns and medical reports, for cases with incomplete documentation.
• Escalate Issues : Escalate complex cases for senior endorsement when they exceed your authority limit.
• Communicate : Respond quickly to email and internal inquiries related to GL case statuses.
• Meet Targets : Achieve department and individual quality targets, turnaround times (TAT), and productivity benchmarks.
