Position : Customer Services
Location : Taman Molek, Johor
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary : Basic RM 2.8k to 3k based on exp
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.
- Act as a liaison, providing product / services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Constantly review working processes with vendors.
- Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers.
Requirements :
